The most widely used material for display type packaging. The material is white both sides, 24 point. The NON-PERF CHIP ® is available as a blank white card or may be printed according to customer specifications on both the front and back.
Note: NON-PERF is not perforated

HANNANPAK ®
This material is a high strength board designed for heavier products or where resistance to bending is required. This material gains its strength from a special laminating process which provides a rigidity not found in other material. The material is white both sides, 48 point, and may be printed on both sides.
Note: Perforations in the board are necessary for proper vacuum air flow.

HANNANPAK ®
This material is a HEAVY-DUTY high strength board manufactured for heavy products or extremely fragile products that require maximum resistance to bending. The material is produced from 24 point, top liner which is laminated to a 200 lb. Test #3 white corrugated pad. Both sides of this material may be printed. However, printing on the back side does carry a premium price.
Note: Perforations in the board are necessary for proper vacuum air flow.

Example:
Two Units (2 Up)
On a 18" x 24" master sheet, a unit size of 11 3/4" x 17 1/2" may be repeated 2 times.

Sixteen Units (16 Up)
A unit size of 4 3/8" x 5 7/8" would be repeated 16 times. This would allow you to package 16 separate units in one sealing cycle.

Skin Boards Packaging Demo
In the Skin Packaging Boards process, it is common to package several products at once. The Skin Boardscan be a solid color, blank white, a logo card (company logo repeated over & over) or a master sheet/unit card.
The master sheet/unit card has an art format and image size designed for a specific product. The art work may describe the products, uses and benefits. Part number and descriptions as well as directions and U.P.C. symbols can also be applied.
The product related artwork can be repeated on the master sheet.
